  I’m trying to follow another blog via email, but the confirmation email never arrives. Why? Can you help?

  Hi there. What is the URL of the blog you’re trying to follow?

  Have you checked your spam folder, or the Social tab of the inbox if you’re using Gmail?

  And lastly, did you subscribe via a widget on the site, or did you just change your email settings for that site under Blogs I Follow in the Reader? If the latter, you won’t get a confirmation email.

  In fact, please go to Blogs I Follow and check your email settings for the blog there. If you enable email notifications on that page you should be all set. https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#manage-email-and-im-settings-for-specific-blogs

  Thanks! Actually I blocked all notifications by the blogs I follow, before I decided to follow that blog.
  I just turned off that setting and now it’s working!
