Following email

When I get a notice from the blogs I follow on WordPress they all say they are from The Obama Diary only they’re are not. I do follow the Obama Diary, but why do the other blogs show the email address of The Obama Diary?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there – All emails come from (email visible only to moderators and staff) and sometimes if you have an email program that stores an email address and the name associated with it in its address book, it will show all emails from that address with that same name.
Check your email’s contact list or address book and see if it’s stored the master email as Obama Diary. :)

Hi there – It depends on your email client. There’s typically a setting for contacts, or address book, or similar. This article explains how to access and use the address book for iCloud mail:

Also how do I delete my own old email addresses on WordPress. They are sitting there used by no one and taking up space and confusing me. Can I just delete my blogs and start over?
Do you mean you have other WordPress.com accounts that you no longer use? Can you let me know the email addresses you want to delete? They’ll be automatically redacted in the public forum, but I’ll be able to see them.
