  I have a Blogger blog where I follow other Blogger blogs.
  Is there a function on WordPress where I can follow non-Wordpress blogs?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, there isn’t. However you can subscribe to any blog that has an RSS feed and read their posts either in a feed reader of your choice. Or if they offer email subscriptions, then you can become a subscriber to the blog(s).

  Also note that if you wish you can place RSS feed widgets to the non-wordpress.com blogs you choose to follow in your sidebar. The RSS widget will let you display entries from any RSS feed. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-widget/
