Following on Twitter

How can I add a link or a widget or whatever on my blog to enable readers to follow me on twitter? I don’t mean having them tweet what I’ve blogged…I’m trying to get more Twitter followers. I’ve seen it on other people’s blogs, I can’t figure out how to allow this on mine.
I’m so new to this blogging stuff. What might be simple to everyone else is Greek to me! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you mean adding a link that they can click that sends them to your twitter page, I just figured that out!
In your dashboard, click add new page (under the pages tab). Entitle it Twitter and put the word “twitter” in the body. Highlight the word “twitter” in the body and click the link icon on the formatting pallet above. Type your twitter URL in the blank URL slot and entitle it twitter and it should be linked to your twitter page.

That’s a way to put it onto your pages… I found another way to add it but goes onto the side under the rest of the links on the side of your page.
Go to your dashboard and click links. Click add new link and add your information into the open slots and it automatically does it for you. You can check my blog for both examples.
