Following other blogs as an editor (invited & added by the original editor), from the new blog not from my own?
-
Please email some advice, as I have recently been added to a poetry journal’s blog as editor; and would like to be able to follow other sites (as the editor of the journal NOT as the editor of my own blog).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
If username A that owns site A is an editor on site B, username A is still the same entity in either case. So regardless of the role username A is playing at any particular time, he/she can only follow a site as username A. In other words, it makes no difference whether you follow site C as owner of site A or editor of site B, because the action is the same and the result is the same.

If you want your editor role on site B to have a different public display name or different username than your public display name or username on site A, then you’ll have to create a separate account to accomplish that.
