Following Updates of a Single Page

  Hi there.
  I am trying to make a page on my blog to serve a completely different purpose to my actual blog, and for different readers.
  Is it possible for them to follow the page so they receive an email every time and add new content to it?
  And if not, is there a way around this without making another whole blog?

  Only Posts have RSS feeds. Pages do not have RSS feeds as they are for static content that rarely changes.
