Following with Email

One of our ‘followers’ [removed by staff] reported to me that she has not received several email notifications from posts that I have made. She said she is getting some, but not all. Any thoughts? Sort of defeats the purpose of subscribing if its not going through.
I asked her to check that we’re not going into spam.

There are several reasons this could have happened. The spam folder being the biggest one. I just checked and I see two outgoing emails to that address on Sept 10th for your latest two posts.
The easiest way to troubleshoot this is by communicating with that user directly. If you could direct them to our forums and let them know to add the tag “modlook” a staff member will follow up with them:
