  hi, some of my friends who do not have wordpress are complaining of not being able to follow, is there any way they can follow without them not having a wordpress account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  They can.

  When they visit your site, they should see black “follow” button in the lower right corner of your site (you won’t see it if you are logged in).

  If they click the box, they will be able to enter their email address and follow that way.

  If your friends use RSS they can also enter your feed (http://theeverydayyouth.wordpress.com/feed/ into their rss reader.
