Following Xanga Import Instructions but now stuck!

    I followed the Xanga import instructions and downloaded the XML files from Xanga. Even in the location I saved the files to says it’s an XML file. When I go to import the file, WordPress says it is not an XML file. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually before your import will show up on WordPress.com.

    It looks like you have only attempted to import one .xml file from your Xanga import folder. You will need to import all of those files for your import to work.
