    Hi Polly,

    I think the problem is on one computer I have access to my blog through the original set up I received from my publisher, using ID, pearlofgreatpricebook.

    Through my new computer, I think unknowingly opened another Word press account in frustration trying to access my blog, under ID, pollystjohnhughes. I think at this point I need to get rid of the new account, but I cannot do that either on my end, and just have the old one, pearlofgreatpricebook. Even trying to change the PW was challenging as I could never tell what was saved or not. Can you help me take this to the next step? If you have other suggestions, please let me know.

    Happy to help :) Let me try to understand this scenario a little better with you. You mentioned you have access to your account on WordPress.com with the username pearlofgreatpricebook on your old computer – right?

    If that is the case, could you go to that computer, and contact us from the contact form page? Here is the link: http://www.wordpress.com/help/contact.

    If you are able to contact us from there, connected as the user pearlofgreatpricebook, we might be able to help you a little more from there, and discuss options with you to regain access to your account from this new computer as well.
