  How do I change the Font size without paying? Also Why isnt my text header capitalized!? Please help.

  a) If you mean change the font size in the content of a post or a static page or a text widget, you can do it by using coding. If you mean any element outside that content (for instance the blog title or the post titles or the automatically generated content of the other widgets), the font size can’t be changed without the Custom Design upgrade.
  b) Because the designed of the theme wanted the blog title to be all lowercase. Again you can’t change that without the upgrade.

  when i setup wordpress switch to Vietnamese language, the font is so bad. Why ?? i think wordpress support vietnamese ??
