Hi there! I am wanting to use a custom font I have downloaded on my computer. Is there anyway I can add that to the front section to use? I always would like to use two different fonts within the title, is that possible? I understand I will probably have to upgrade, but just curious if its even possible before doing so? Thanks!

That is not possible on wordpress.COM sites, regardless of any upgrades.

These Google fonts can be used free of charge on any theme.
https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2015/07/31/free-google-fonts/ and you will find them in the customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/If you are referring only to the text inside of your posts and pages you can make some changes without an annually renewable upgrade but you cannot use any custom fonts found elsewhere on the internet.
