font changes midblog

  Hi there
  I have a silly problem but can’t fix it. In my latest blog (on the mythical ‘wild man of the woods’), I put a link to a museum with their copyright details. After the link, all the text changes to a different bold font. I can’t change this so that the rest of the article goes back to the original font. It appears bold, but isn’t.

  I’m using the really cool Vertigo type blog.

  Any ideas how to fix this one?

  Open that post in the editor, select all the text that got messed up and then from the “format/style” dropdown on left end of the lower visual editor tool bar, select “paragraph” and that should fix it.

  Never copy and paste directly from another website. Always use the “paste as plain text” icon on the lower tool bar (square icon with a “T” in it).

  Great! Thanks thesacredpath! The problem was that I hadn’t clicked on the righthand icon in editor ‘show/hide the kitchen sink’, so the list of icons you mentioned wasn’t appearing. Once, I clicked on the kitchen sink, the paragraph icon appeared, and then I was able to follow your advice. It worked!

  Thanks for the tip too on copy and pasting. That’ll help avoid the problem in the future.
