Font Color in Homepage Title Field

    Somehow, one of my assistants changed the color of the Homepage Title so it is basically invisible. I have looked everywhere for the ability to correct it and cannot find anything. Pages>>>Edit, Appearance>>>Customize, Appearance>>>Theme Options. Nada. Can someone tell me where this well-hidden configuration lives? Why in God’s name is this so difficult?

    On WordPress.com, colour options are available in My Sites > Customise > Colours & Backgrounds. Any changes outside of that would need to be made with custom CSS (available through Premium and Business plans):
