Font Color in Site Title

  I have the color and CSS upgrade. I am using the Expound theme. I originally had the the site title and tag line to be white and want to keep this. Links within the blog are a darker gray which change to light gray with hovering. Recently the title has turned dark gray. The tag line is still white. However, in the CSS preview the title shows to be white. The live version remains gray. How do I keep the site title white?
