Font color with Theme Switch not working well?
-
On my free wordpress site lightenupmyworld.wordpress.com I switched out an old theme for a new theme. I have to go through all the old posts to update the colors of post text, but I find no where to update the colors of the titles and menu items. The whole site was based on a black background which I would really like to keep.
Please let me know if there is a way to adjust these things?

Every theme has a detailed theme description page. This one is at https://wordpress.com/theme/independent-publisher-2 and that’s where set up instructions for it, and the live demo site link is found.
If you want to make any font changes to blog post or page titles or widget titles then you need the premium upgrade bundle or a business plan that includes the custom design upgrade in it.
See here for details on purchasing an annually renewable Premium or Business plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ that contains a custom design upgrade required for CSS editing.

Note 2: You can also post there prior to purchasing an upgrade to get an answer to whether or not what you want to do can be accomplished via CSS editing.
