font colour
-
When I imported my blog it arrived with all the fonts in my posting intact – including the coloured font.
I can’t find the button (if there is one) that I press to change the colour of my font from the standard black.
I only use colour for emphasis – like blue for my links to other peoples pages and red for the links to my ‘read’ link in another of my ‘own’ blogs.
Do I need to learn the html codes for my favourite colours for my font beautification?
I did do a search for this problem and came up with CSS answers – but that seems to be for the blog appearance rather inside a posting.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s on the lower tool bar of the visual editor: http://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/ .

@sally906
Is this the blog you are talking about?
http://sally906.wordpress.com/You can change font colours using HTML. Here is the support document detailing allowable tags: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
But if the only changes you want to make are for the link colours, then you can use the Visual post or page editor. Highlight the text which you want to make into your link. Use the “A” icon with the drop-down menu to choose a font color. Be sure the text remains highlighted, then click the link icon (chain-links) to insert the http address.
Be sure to add the colour and formatting (bold, italic) before inserting the link.

but I’ve learned so much from you so I hope this makes sense?

Thanks. I believe there is no sense in having knowledge unless you share it.
Ms. D is most interesting although like you there is some of her stuff I don’t entirely understand.

Well said. And like someone once said:
Teaching is the true path to learning.
