Font Customization Not Working

A couple of days ago I repurchased the customize feature. However, since then I am having trouble customizing my fonts. No matter what I choose from the customize fonts option, there is no change to the font (whether it be the header or the body). When I originally purchased the customize feature a year ago, I had no trouble changing the fonts. I am not using CSS, just the customize font feature.
I am currently using the Stay theme. I have tried this with other themes as well, and have encountered the same problem, so I don’t think it’s a problem with the actual theme.
Any help would be appreciated!
