Font format (size, color) for Programming Code

Hi Friend,
I have created a blog of Excel VBA, to help myself and friends in studies.Problem:
But when I write code or paste it from VB Editor, color and size of code is lost.
So I have to apply color by manually selecting texts.Below is link:Example:

I need a free and best way to preserve my code’s font and color while posting on blog.Options I tried:
Plugins : No plugin option in my Dashboard
Editor of WordPress: preformatted option is there, but when I use it, font remains but color is lost while pasting.Confused:
Wordpress software: Will building a post in this app, will help me ? I am also not sure, whether I can upload posts through this apps.Am I correct about:

1. It worked!
2. I had previously gone through Support page, but ignored Code section becuase Visual Editor section caught my eye first. And I thought this option would be only present in Visual Editor.

4. It looks like I need to read Support page, properly. ;-]

You are welcome and glad that worked for you. It can sometimes be a little finicky and I always enter the shortcode and code in the HTML editor. That always seems to work.
