Font in Custom Design does not work

I have upgraded Custom Design and Unlimited Premium Themes. Right now, I am using “Collections” Theme from Theme Foundry.
When I go to Appearance > Custom Design > Fonts, I see different fonts but the changes are not reflected in the preview. Even if I change it and Save, the site still has the old font. I got to the font page from every way I can think of, and changes i make in Font does not get reflected in the preview or live mode. I can visually that when I change the font, the page is not even refreshing at all like other parameter like site title works fine.
Help! This is simple and I have wasted couple of hours. Am I doing something wrong:

Thanks for the report. I’ve passed this along to our theme developers. I’ll let you know as soon as a fix is in place!

Hi there,
The Collections theme actually doesn’t support custom fonts, which is why the Customizer wasn’t working properly. The fonts panel should actually be hidden for this theme. I’ve reported that issue to avoid confusion going forward.
If you would like to customize the fonts, you will need to switch themes. Would you consider switching? If so, I’m happy to help you pick out a new theme that supports custom fonts!

Oh man. After a long search, that’s the theme I wanted and why I bought Custom Design. Menus don’t work either. Frustrating.
I suppose I’ll have to play with other themes.
