  It looks like http://www.ipocketwise.com is a self-hosted site is a self-hosted site, so our support is limited here.

  Looking at the site via inspect element – it looks like the fonts have been uploaded via ftp? If yes, you would need to perhaps upload these via the Divi theme guidance seen here: https://divitheme.net/add-custom-font-divi/
