Hello,
Please take a look at http://tritoncommunities.com/observatory-village-townhome-floor-plans/ .
1. I want to move the second line on this page up to the first while maintaining a smaller font.
2. I also want to have the text in my “list of features” indent to the right when it is a two line feature (see page).Basically, I want more control over my formatting. Do I use HTML or CSS for this? Anybody know the proper code to use? (especially for the indent on second line of a list item).

The best way I can describe the indent is “Automatic indentation of numbered lists”.
WordPress.com does this with the “bulleted or number” list Format.
I want to do it with the “Paragraph” or “plain text” format”
Or else, I want to use the bulleted format and remove the bullets and tighten up the spaces between lines.

I’m not sure what you mean exactly in your first request but the second one can be accomplished easily by using the HTML ul tag instead of using line breaks. In your theme it will automatically indent list items even when they take up more than one line on screen.
