  If you want to do it in an editable section of your blog you can use HTML as described on this page. You’ll need to add the new code in every place you want the changes to take effect.

  If you want to style something other than posts, pages and widget content or if you want to quickly apply changes across the whole of your blog you will have to know how to write CSS declarations and purchase the CSS editing upgrade.
