  @hardymon, you are not hosted at wordpress.com, you are self-hosted as was discovered in your other post: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=22826&replies=4

  You need to go to http://wordpress.org/support as you were told in the other thread. Since you are self-hosted and using the software downloaded from wordpress.org, you need to direct your question to http://wordpress.org/support/ . WordPress.com uses a multi-user version of the software which is different and few, if any, here know anything about it.
