  reduce the size or alter my font size, the last post was soo massive folks couldnt read it.

  It looks like your huge format post was written entirely in your title field. If you notice, your Recent Posts widget on the left sidebar also shows the total post instead of just the normal title like the others.

  Go to that post to edit it and see if that is what happened. If so, select all from your title field and copy it into the text. Then edit the text to remove the actual title from the post itself. And edit the text in the title bar to remove all except the title.
