on the sidebar go to themes- customize – from there you can select font and change the sizing.
As for color, depending on the theme you have chosen and if also if you have a premium plan, you can make changes to the color. If the theme offers that choice you can change it. Another way is you have CSS skills with your premium account you can make changes that way.
cheers

Thank you, csmoran9, for your reply. I am tying to change only the font size/color for the testimonials.

Fonts and font sizes can be changed in the customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/
These Google fonts can be used free of charge on any theme.
https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2015/07/31/free-google-fonts/ and you will find them in the customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/If you are referring only to the text inside of your posts and pages you can make some changes without an annually renewable upgrade.
For changing font families, colors and size in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page by coding into the Text ie. HTML editor see http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/07/11/formatting-text-pt-5/
For changing font colors in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page using the #4 icon (Select text color – change the text color) in Row 2 the Visual editor. http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-2
To display the second row of icons, first select the toolbar toggle icon at the end of row 1 and click it. https://i0.wp.com/en.support.files.wordpress.com/2009/08/kitchensink.png
Then see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#text-colorHowever, if you want to make any font changes to blog titles or widget titles then you need the premium upgrade bundle that includes the custom design upgrade in it.
See here for details on purchasing an annually renewable upgrade http://store.wordpress.com/pricing that contains a custom design upgrade required for CSS editing:

Note 2: You can also post there prior to purchasing an upgrade to get an answer to whether or not what you want to do can be accomplished via CSS editing.

Hello there!
Dropping this code in your custom CSS area should do the trick:
#footer .testimonial-entry-content { font-size: 15px !important; color: #615959 !important; } #footer .testimonial-entry-title a { font-size: 16px; color: #756767; }(Then just change the colours and font size to match what you’re looking for)
Hope that helps,
