Font size and layout

Can you tell me how to make all of my font the same size? Page 2 changes font size and also won’t allow me to insert paragraph breaks. Also, although I always change the text body to NOT appear between photos but under and over them, every time it reverts back to appearing between the photos in edit, and appears in various forms that changes each time in the Visual blog that is public. I don’t have any knowledge of html or similar, sorry :(
