Font size of Sidebar headings

I’m creating my blog/website of http://www.runninglaughsblog and it’s all good except the font size on my sidebars for my widget titles are extremely small, such that they can’t even be read. This is for item titles such as Archives, Recent Posts etc.
Is there a way to make the font size bigger? My site is marked private at present but you can access it with my username of [login details removed].

Since you just posted your username and password as a public support request (viewable by everyone), I recommend changing your password ASAP.
The sidebar widget titles cannot be directly changed, but they can be modified via CSS if you have a Custom Design upgrade.
