  How do I change the font size and height of the navigation bar?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, Go to Appearance > Customize > CSS, delete all the informational text in that window, and paste in the following custom CSS and you can adjust the menu font size as desired. The navigation bar will adjust its height with the font size change.

  .wf-active #mainnav-menu a {
      font-size: 120%;
  }
