There are 4 ways to change fonts on wordpress.com blogs.
(1) Changing font colors and size on posts or pages either post by post or page by page http://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/font-size-color/
(2) Changing font colors using the #4 icon http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-2
(3) Changing font families using TypeKit Fonts http://typekit.zendesk.com/entries/121731-using-typekit-with-wordpress
(4) Changing font families, colors & sizes by purchasing an annually renewable CSS editing upgrade and doing the work yourself
http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/Have you purchased the CSS upgrade? If so there are only 2 Volunteers who help with CSS editing and you will have to wait for one of them to log-in and help you.

Font sizes can, and typically are, set in several different places since there are typically several different font sizes use in a theme. If a theme’s font sizes are set in % or em units, then you can change the font size in the body section of the CSS and that will typically make all fonts larger or smaller, but a lot of theme designers mistakenly set font sizes in points or pixels, which is really not the best way to do it. On the blog linked to your username, they have used pixels, which means you are likely going to have to change things in several places depending on what you want to change.
We need to know where you want to change the font sizes before we can offer any help.
