  please add plugins for font style and size.i am new user on WordPress.com i have not many knowledge about css.

  Hey there @ilyashome786!

  Unfortunately, user added plugins are not available on WordPress.COM sites. WordPress.com automatically gives a set of included plugins with every site.

  That’s not going to happen because WordPress.COM has removed that ability in favor of us purchasing an annually renewable upgrade to edit CSS.

  If you are referring only to the text inside of your posts and pages and you can code, you can make some changes without an upgrade. But if you want to make changes to titles and widget headings then you need the premium upgrade bundle that includes the custom design upgrade in it.

  If you are into fiddling about with font families, sizes and/or colors on each and every post you make by using the Text editor (HTML editor) then you can change it in the body text in posts and pages. But for changing it in Titles and widget headings you need to purchase an upgrade bundle that contains the custom design upgrade.

  These are 3 ways to change fonts on WordPress.com blogs.

  (1) Changing font families, colors and size in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page by coding into the Text ie. HTML editor. http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/07/11/formatting-text-pt-5/

  (2) Changing font colors in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page using the #4 icon (Select text color – change the text color) in Row 2 the Visual editor.
