Font style and size selection boxes gone from visual editor

I write a food blog and use WP Ultimate Recipe plugin to write my posts/recipes. Before yesterday, I always had the option in the visual editor (either in the plugin or when writing a new post) to change the font and size of my text. Yesterday when I went to write a new post/recipe, those two drop-down boxes were missing. I checked to see if they were still available if I tried to just write a new post (without using the plugin) and they were not. I have contacted the support team of the plugin and am working with them but still haven’t resolved the issue. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
