Font type/size auto-adjusting on some computers

  When I visit my site on my home computers, it opens without issue. However, I notice on some computers that when I open it, it displays correctly for a few seconds, switches to another font type/size for about five to ten seconds, and then returns to the regular font settings thereafter. I am trying to figure out if this is a CSS corruption issue since I have edited it in times past (months ago). I’m not sure why it happens on some, but not all, computers.
