[Font] Unable to change post Title font

  How can I change the post title font? I cannot find the right place to make the posit title smaller.

  Fonts and font sizes can be changed in the customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/

  These Google fonts can be used free of charge on any theme.

  If you are referring only to the text inside of your posts and pages you can make some changes without an annually renewable upgrade.

  Please allow me to be more specific on my question, hope you can help me more.
  What I am looking for, is to change the size of the TITLE of my posts, not the content. Where and how can edit it?
