Font Upgrade not working
-
I thought I paid to upgrade the font of my blog. Why doesn’t it work?

I can see the custom fonts you set at Appearance → Custom Design → Fonts working at http://getyourmindoutoftheclutter.com/
You have set every font to the FacitWeb font and that’s what shows for me when I check. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and check to see if that fixes the issue for you when you view your home page?

Note that the font in the header will not change because it is in an image.
Here’s what I see when I view your blog home page. Is this how the font looks to you when you view the home page? http://d.pr/ZtfV
Could you please let me know what browser and browser version you are using?

That is not what I see but don’t know how to attach a screen shot.
I am using Firefox on a Mac but I would like the appearance to be consistent on all platforms, especially if I’m paying extra.

I’m using Firefox on a Mac too, and the custom font should work in all modern browsers. I’m not sure why it’s not displaying for you. Just to make sure, you definitely tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? What version of Firefox are you using on your Mac?
Here are some instructions for making a screenshot. If you could upload one to your media library, it may help us figure out what the trouble is: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

Thank you for the screenshot.
The latest stable version of Firefox is 7.0.1. Would you consider upgrading? I think it’s possible that your browser version is old enough that it may not be supported. I can check the details for you, but most people are using more modern browsers and I know that the fonts are supported in the latest stable versions of all the modern browsers. I would first encourage you to upgrade if possible.
