Hey there – I did the $99 upgrade and was surprised that the Helvetica fonts were not part of this (which is actually a big part of why I upgraded). Is this part of another upgrade? Please advise. Thanks. mike

If you’re not happy with the standard options, you might wish to explore the Advanced TypeKit options:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/custom-fonts/#advanced-modeIf that doesn’t suit your needs, please let me know and I’d be happy to issue you a refund for either the full premium upgrade with your custom domain, or allow you to keep the domain and refund the difference.

I should note that we do not manage typekit accounts, which are separate from WordPress.com. We just have an option to include their font service within WordPress.com blogs.
Typekit plans vary depending on what options you choose. All accounts are free for thirty days, so you could try it out: http://help.typekit.com/customer/portal/articles/6612-free-for-30-days
For more specific details, you should contact them directly at (email visible only to moderators and staff).

I’d be happy to issue you a refund. Would you like a refund of your premium bundle minus the domain registration? Note that if I refund the full amount, I will have to cancel your domain, and if I do so, it may not be available to re-register.

I was disappointed that the .com domain was already taken (my bad, not yours!), so before I answer, I guess the question is how effective the .me domain is versus the .com. Any thoughts?

The domain you use really doesn’t matter. What is important is how effectively you “market” your site, and what kind of content you have on the site.

Hi there – Is Oulipo still a WordPress supported theme? I love the theme but the resolution on the font seems only fair and was wondering if it is me, or if there is some adjustment I need to make. Thanks. mike

Oulipo is still an active theme. If you need any help making tweaks to the font colours, feel free to start a new thread in the CSS Customization forum, as I mentioned earlier. If I’ve misunderstood your question, just let me know!
