  how do i add a new font like dhivehi Waheed font to my site.

  You can’t add specific fonts that aren’t included as part of whichever plan you’re on. But if you’re looking for a certain font for a specific language try changing your site language and it might be set up to use a font that provides the correct character support. It looks like dv for Dhivehi is there, although I don’t have a font loaded by default for it to work on my computer.
