Fonts changed in columns on first page only

I think I have the same problem as noted in this FAQ but don’t see how it was resolved. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=25633&replies=3#post-184910 For some reason all the columns and “themed font” went into italics but just on the front page. The other pages are fine.
Any ideas as to how to fix.

You have an unclosed italic tag somewhere. I am guessing this happened as you wrote a new post, pasting from word or something like that? -

Pasting from MS Word caused your problem.
You can select all text in the post and use icon 16 (upper row) to show the extended toolbar and icon 6 (2nd row) to remove Word’s formatting.
