Fonts & customisation not appearing
-
Hi, I’ve upgraded to a customised theme and fonts. These appear on my chrome browser, but not IE. Why is this? When I go into the “customise menu” on IE, my changes appear and tell me they are saved. But back on the blog, it looks like the standard fonts. What do I do to fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi !
What was the original font and the new font you want to use ? I see ‘museo-sans-1’ used in text articles on IE 11 (Windows7)
-
Hi, thanks for replying. Musio sans is correct for the body but the headline should be fertigo pro script.

Hi! Thanks again. That’s looks right. The main header/title should also be that same font. Fertigo is what I see on chrome and safari, but not internet explorer, which just seems to show some default sans serif.
-
Fertigo is also visible at ‘It’s not a metaphor…’
Can you tell me the version if IE you’re using ?

The browsers and versions of them that are supported are found at http://browserhappy.com. IE browser versions prior to IE9 are NOT supported. http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_explorer.aspThe custom design upgrades comes with Staff support. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected. How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Every time we enter a thread and post to it the timestamp moves forward making it take longer for the blogger to get Staff help.

You are welcome. Some corporate firewalls will block Typekit and custom fonts. You can talk to your IT person, if you think they might be willing to make a change. I guess it would all depend on whether you need access for work or not. :)
