Fonts don't work anymore!!

    All of my custom fonts stopped working. I have Google Fonts Typograpy, and that stopped working. All of my elements now have the default font. Besides the plugin, all of my fonts in the css of my theme are not working. I switched themes and it is not working for those. I disabled every plugin and it still shows the default font. Is there some kind of font cache or wordpress file that falls back to default font? I’m at a loss of what to do. In my theme css I can change the color, italics, and size of the elements but not the font. Please help me!

    I did install w3 total cache, and autoptimize plugins, but I disabled them. Maybe they made permanent changes to critical wordpress files?
