Fonts of text in table

  I would like to format my posts by the use of tables. A few questions:

  1. The way I have been creating tables is to first create them in Word – and then paste them into my post. Is this the best way to do this?

  2. I would like to change the font size for text within the table – but without success. How can I do this? (by the way I have the custom CSS upgrade)

  Like I mentioned above, I have been trying to format my posts are with tables — but this is getting clumsy. See:

  Any suggestions to do this easier?

  Also, any suggestions how to adjust fonts in the table.
