  Hi there – I’m having a GREAT time with my blog and am also a member of FoodBuzz. I read your information about not allowing their Featured Blogger Ad on WordPress.com and do not have the technical know-how to skip over to WordPress.org (or the site hits….YET!). What, if anything, can I do to have both?

  My other question is this – as I continue to blog….does this present a problem? FoodBuzz has a place where you can post a link directly to your most recent post and I want to make sure this is okay. It’s much like using twitter…. you post a a tinyurl link there.

  I know that FoodBuzz does a “Top 9” feature daily – if I’m selected (aren’t I the ambitious one!) it will not show up on WordPress, but I wanted to make sure that’s okay. I certainly hope it is – because becoming a member has increased my blog traffic.

  I’ve checked the Support Center questions/answer posts but did not see this. Thanks in advance for your help!

  I think you answered my question….I’m just cooking and sharing. I am not – nor do I have any intention of – making ANY money on this blog. So I guess that makes it a moot point.

  However you want to be careful about having links that look like affiliate links, that can get you some unwanted attention from the staff.

  Okay….I’m unsure what an affiliate link would be. The only thing I
  Doing is posting a link to my blog on their site. However if that’s a problem I can resolve that easily enough…

  I’ve done some reading on other forums and I get no discounts or anything for my links….I don’t think what I have will pose any problem. I also do not have anything – including a link to food buzz on wordpress. Also, based on other forums I am a real person and I’ve written every word and cooked every bite! Have a great day!
