I’m sorry but we do have restricted codes here for security and stability reasons. If the code is Javascript you will not be able to use the widget. But without seeing the code you are speaking of we cannot provide a definitive answer. Please post the code between backticks so we can examine it and answer you.

The widget generator generates a code snippet that people can add to their blog or any other website. All you need to do is copy the code in the text area of the generator and paste it wherever you want the widget displayed, eg. the sidebar of their blog. If you’re having specific problems and need help, email us at (email visible only to moderators and staff) and we’d be happy to get you set up.

Did you read the part about restricted code? If it contains Javascript you can’t use it. If it is HTML-only, you can put it in a text widget.
