Exactly which site starting with http:// are you referring to. This one is devoid of any blogger created content http://williforddavidj.wordpress.com/ It is a blog hosted by WordPress.COM and removal of footer credit links is a Terms of Service violation.
Though removing footer credit links, which leads to the untrue assumption that you designed the theme and are hosting it is not allowed, it’s possible to add your own text to the footer area using CSS if you have purchased the Premium bundle of upgrades containing the Custom Design upgrade. Then you can include styling credit if you have done any unique styling and/or include a copyright notice.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/custom-fonts/If you have purchased that upgrade please use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform so you can copy and paste your text into a thread that will appear in the CSS Forum where you will get the help you need.

All WordPress.COM hosted blogs have built in plugins and we bloggers cannot upload any additional plugins. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. Learn about the differences here. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

First – you are not helping.
Second – I specifically stated that I wanted to remove fooplugins – not directions on how to set up FTP access or anything else you Copy/Pasted here…
Don’t muddy the water by interjecting unrelated nonsense especially if you don’t know what I’m talking about. You are not helping.

You cannot remove an FooPlugins – WordPress and jQuery Plugins from any WordPress.COM hosted blog so be clear about that.
-
Once again turbo – I am being clear.
How do I remove fooplugins?
I have fooplugins – so clearly you don’t know what you are talking about. Thanks anyway.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are referring to a WordPress.ORG software install then you are and posting the wrong support forum.
If that is the case and if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -

Oh really? Maybe you are rudely blathering on rather than posting the URL for the exact site in question, which I have asked for twice now and maybe when you do finally do post the URL for the exact site in question post it it will prove to be a WordPress.ORG URL.
If you actually are referring to a WordPress.COM hosted blog then you have your answers and it is:
You cannot remove any FooPlugins – WordPress and jQuery Plugins from any WordPress.COM hosted blog so be clear about that.
