  Can logos of partners of the blog be placed at foot of pages?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The blog is based on a project led by a partnership between non profit organizations, and we would like to put their logos at the foot of pages.

  May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?

  Why don’t you simply put the links in a text widget and displayed it in the sidebar at the bottom of your blog? http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/
