How do I add a poll to a sidebar?

  I am trying to put a “Poll” in my sidebar. I cannot find the “Footer 3” widget to open and put this information in. Where is the Footer 3 widget??

  What you need to do in order to add a poll to your sidebar is create the poll, then copy and past the poll shortcode into a Text Widget.
