  Hi, how do we remove the BLOG AT WORDPRESS.COM at the bottom of our page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  WordPress terms of service state you cannot remove the WordPress attribution in the footer:

  “Automattic reserves the right to display attribution links such as ‘Powered by a WordPress.com,’ theme author, and font attribution in your blog footer or toolbar. Footer credits and the WordPress.com toolbar may not be altered or removed regardless of upgrades purchased.”

  Hi mwadsal,

  Yes, jasondayne is right. You cannot remove the footer credits to WordPress. We both share the Sela theme and I was just looking at that yesterday also. All we can edit down there is the social menu (or whichever menu you’d like to have featured in the footer) we both have at the bottom under Customize > Menus > Social.

  But yes love the look of your site! Lovely.

  Hi there!

  Today, I saw this posted under the “News” tab on WordPress, They just recently changed it so that you can edit the footer now with a few, less wordy options.

  I just switched mine to the “WordPress.com Logo” option. :)
