Hi! The site isn’t hosted here in our servers, but we can likely help point you in the right direction.
For the menu: your theme would have to have a menu area built in. One thing you can do, though, is create a menu in one of your widgets, then put that in the footer widget area (as it looks like your theme may have that.) Here’s how to make a custom menu and add it to your footer widget area:

For this, I’d recommend looking for the error message you get when you try to add a payment. Could be anything from PayPal being in Sandbox mode to something with the plugin you’re using. If you’ll search for the error, you’ll likely find answers.
