  Hi there – I see you are using the Block Editor. You can use blocks to build and center your site footer elements on each page if you would like. Something like the columns block could work: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/columns-block/

  Or, is your goal to center the text that appears at the very bottom of your site, “Rock Shaped Body, WordPress.com.” ?
