Footer Background Colour

    I would really like it if we could choose a background colour for the footers that you can put widgets on (when I say this I am specifically thinking of the Enterprise theme’s footer), as I would really like a different colour for my current footer. I think it would also be really nice if the colours you chose would have to fit with the colour scheme.
